Devices are the network gear you document in ArkhiNet. Computers are the machines you activate a Team license on. Prices in USD; billing, invoicing and tax are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.

- Why is it free?
- ArkhiNet was built by a Fortinet engineer to improve his own daily workflows. It proved to be a helpful tool. Giving it away for free is his way of giving back and being helpful to other engineers. Free isn't a trial or a cut-down edition. Every feature is included, the inventory is unlimited, and there's no license key, sign-up or email to download it. Team is how organizations that depend on it pay for it, and get support a free tool can't promise.
- Can I use the free version at work?
- Yes, as long as you're the only engineer at your organization using ArkhiNet. Once two or more engineers at the same organization use it, the organization needs Team. There's no license check in the free version. This works on the honor system, and we trust you to move to Team once a second engineer starts using it.
- What does Team support include?
- Priority email support with a reply by the next business day, and one onboarding call.
Billing, taxes and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and they handle VAT and sales tax automatically. Team comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
