ArkhiNet is free for individual use, so the only thing you can buy is Team. Here's how refunds work for it.

14-day money-back guarantee

Team comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we'll refund you in full.

After 14 days from the date of purchase, payments are non-refundable.

Renewals

Team renews automatically each year so your organization's access isn't interrupted. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling does not retroactively refund a completed billing period.

How payments are processed

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable VAT/sales tax.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email support@arkhinet.com with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt details. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
