14-day money-back guarantee

Both the Annual subscription and the Founder Lifetime license come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

After 14 days from the date of purchase, payments are non-refundable.

Annual subscription renewals

The Annual plan auto-renews each year so your access isn't interrupted. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling does not retroactively refund a completed billing period.

Founder Lifetime

The Founder Lifetime license is a one-time payment with no renewals. The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies to it as well.

How payments are processed

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable VAT/sales tax.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email support@arkhinet.com with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt details. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
