These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ArkhiNet desktop application and related services (the "Service"), provided by ArkhiNet LLC ("ArkhiNet", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and your active plan, ArkhiNet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for your internal business or personal use.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Service, or reverse-engineer it except to the extent permitted by law.

2. Billing & payments

Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable VAT or sales tax. The Annual plan auto-renews until cancelled; you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Launch pricing may change over time. Where we offer a rate lock, your price remains as described at the time of your purchase for as long as your subscription stays active.

You agree not to use the Service to:

You are responsible for how you use ArkhiNet's tools (such as connection launching and network scanning) and for having authorization to manage the environments you document.

4. Your data

ArkhiNet is local-first: the information you enter is stored on your own computer. You are responsible for your data and backups. Our handling of the limited account and license data we process is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Updates & availability

We may release updates, and may modify or discontinue features over time. We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any online components (such as license validation).

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArkhiNet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
